Support us

Our mission at The Ark is to create innovative, inspirational, and high quality arts experiences for all children. Your support is invaluable in helping us achieve this goal.

The Ark is a charity and unique in Ireland as the only cultural centre dedicated to high quality programming for children, schools and families across all art forms. Everything we do is founded on principles of artistic excellence, innovation and social inclusion, and we have achieved both national and international renown as a landmark organisation. We work with thousands of children and young people annually – helping to nurture their imaginations and adding to their quality of life.

To continue in our vital work and vision we need your support. Please contact Tanya Allen, Development Coordinator, on 01 899 4096 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to find out how you can help.

Sponsorship & Partnership

Ark partnerships are founded on shared values, vision, passion, and commitment. The Ark stands for quality, originality and high standards in cultural provision for children and families in Ireland. We work hard to meet your organisation’s aspirations and goals; whether it’s connecting with your target market, highlighting your organisation’s commitment to children and community development, developing your interest in the arts, or rewarding and looking after your clients, colleagues and families, we can create a bespoke package that is right – just for you. We would be delighted to to meet and discuss your organisation’s particular needs.

Trusts & Foundations

The Ark has a supportive and committed relationship with many Trusts and Foundations in Ireland, through a shared dedication to social development – placing children and families at the heart of an inclusive, creative society.

The Ark operates a Social Inclusion Policy, the “20% Scheme”, and devises, presents and coordinates a wide range of community, outreach and advocacy programmes each year.

Lasting Legacy

A donation made to The Ark, in memory of a loved one, or as part of your will, is a wonderful way to remember and pay tribute to someone who has enjoyed or played a significant part in our work. Leaving a charitable bequest to Ireland’s only dedicated cultural centre for children will contribute to our long-term sustainability, and The Ark’s fundamental role in supporting the creative potential of Ireland’s future generations.

Every contribution, large or small, is deeply appreciated, and makes a real and lasting difference to our work. You can make a one-off donation, choose to donate on a regular basis, or make a provision in your will towards The Ark. To discuss any of these issues in strictest confidence, please contact Avril Ryan, General Manager, on +353 1 899 4091.
