You will also be invited to explore dwellings in nature and the houses in which animals live. Paint and build whatever kind of house you want to make and let your creativity run wild as you choose the different creatures that live there.

The King who was too set in his Ways - 8 August

Once upon a time there was a King who was very set in his ways and didn’t like to try new things…

His two favourite colours were white and green and everything in the Palace had to be white and green, all his clothes, decorations, flowers in his garden and even his food - white bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, lots and lots of peas and some green apples!

But one day a family moved in next door – they had the most colourful clothes and decorations that the King had ever seen. The King was a bit confused. Maybe he is too set in his ways.

Join us for this interactive Early Years drama workshop with Joanna Parkes and let’s see if we can help the King try some new things! Combining drama, story and play, this interactive drama workshop invites little ones and their grown-ups to enjoy imagining together. So if you’re a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunty, godparent or carer, join in with a 3 to 5 year old to discover, explore and create together in this delightful workshop adventure.
