It's delivery week for our Ark Art in Schools participants! ‘The Art Runway’ and 'All Kinds of Everything" include carefully selected artworks from The Ark’s visual arts collection and this week, 10 schools were given a new piece of art from the collection to display for the next month.

The Ark is delighted to announce our Transition Year Work Experience Programme 2026 which will take place Monday 2 March- Friday 6 March 2026.

Dublin City Council’s Creative Hubs Programme, an initiative of Dublin City Arts Office and Libraries, co-ordinated by The Ark, invites proposals from experienced producing companies – organisations, venues or festivals - to work with DCC in partnership to produce and present new theatre or dance performance work for children (2 to 12 yrs) in Dublin City’s Creative Hub Libraries during 2026.

The twentieth edition of Culture Night 2025 at The Ark was a huge hit, with families flocking to Temple Bar and DCU’s St. Patrick's Campus for a night full of music, art, and dancing.

Voyages, our recent Summer exhibition, has set sail from The Ark and is on display in Dublin City University on St. Patricks Campus.
