Talk: Animated Colours with Cartoon Saloon 14 Jul 2015

Exploring the role of colour in animation. What’s a happy colour and what’s a sad colour, a warm colour or a cold colour? What makes them happy or cold?
Find out in this FREE talk with artist Rory Conway from the multi award nominated animation studio Cartoon Saloon.

Rory will tell you how he uses colour to create or change the mood in his illustrations and animations and how colour is used to express the feelings of the characters. Budding animators will love this special event and will get a chance to ask Rory lots of questions.

There will be a live demo along with stills from Cartoon Saloon's latest award winning movie, Song of The Sea, giving a magical sneak peek at one of the many processes behind the film, which is released nationwide on July 10.
