Culture Night: Forest of Fun - Early Years Dance Video Workshop 17 Sep 2021
Join dancer Monica Muñoz for a joyful online dance video workshop for little ones aged 2-4 and their grown-ups.
Come on an imaginary journey into the forest. Let’s find some busy bugs, sleepy bears and flapping owls. How do they move? Do they like to hide in the trees or to roll in the mud?
We will jump, roll, slide and spin. We will also build a simple forest dance landscape using everyday materials in our homes. So bring along your wellies, a few woolly jumpers (forest colours if you have them), and some paper plates. Don't worry if you don't have any of these things, we can simply use our imaginations instead!
For safety reasons, a grown-up should be present throughout and be available to assist their child. To participate, you will need approx 8 x 8 paces of space free of hazards, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
