Early Years Workshops: Woodland Hootenanny 24 - 25 Apr 2026
A joyful music workshop with Shane McGrath for children aged 2–4.
Inspired by our Under the Oak exhibition, Shane will guide you on a gentle musical journey filled with song, storytelling, rhythm and imagination.
We will gather together at the foot of the Big Oak, where little ones will join in with simple songs, explore rhythms and help bring each story to life! Who knows, along the way the beautiful percussion may awaken some magical woodland creatures - anything can happen at this woodland hootenanny!
This warm, sensory workshop encourages listening, creativity, and joyful music-making.
About Shane...
Shane McGrath has been running a Chime In and Play (formerly Gymboree) franchise in Dublin North City since 2002. He teaches in creches and preschool facilities and runs parent child workshops.
