A tactile workshop for you and your child using child friendly modelling dough and a range of decorations. Inspired by our ceramic exhibition make|shape
The workshop begins with you making your own play dough/modelling clay with artist Deirdre Rogers. You and your child will be encouraged to explore mixing, rolling, shaping, pinching, tearing, mark making and pressing using the dough.
Tactile stimuli such as feathers, seashells and other material will also be introduced in this fun session along with shape cutters and basic clay tools.
