Join performer Wren Dennehy for an engaging, interactive musical workshop for Junior Infants to 2nd Class.
As long as anyone could remember, the mysterious Snow Sculptors have visited once a year, always in the depths of winter and in the dark of night. They leave behind beautiful sculptures and their song could be heard for miles around.
Until the snow stopped coming. Now the people of the town must figure out the Snow Sculptors' song so it won't be lost for good.
Join actor and singer Wren Dennehy for a songwriting workshop exploring storytelling, improvisation and acting through song. Using the Snow Sculptors as inspiration, together we will write and perform an original song in a fun and collaborative environment.
About Wren...
Wren Dennehy is an actor, singer and facilitator from County Kildare. Their previous work for The Ark includes facilitating workshops as part of Creative Hubs and with the Children’s Council. They have also created workshops for Dublin Youth Theatre, The National Gallery of Ireland, Twitter and Squarespace. As a performer, recent credits include Made From Paper (Mermaid Arts Centre), The Quare Fellow (Abbey Theatre), and Fair City (RTE).
