Once Upon a Time 20 May 2014

Belfast’s Young at Art present Once Upon a Time, a wonderful interactive storytelling session for young children.

Part of Dublin Writers Festival

The Very Trusted and Nearly Excellent Guardians of Tall Tales and Small Stories look after every story ever made in the world in the Most Extraordinary Wonderful and Magical Library.

But there was a fire and the stories were destroyed. The Guardians managed to find almost every story but there is still one missing. They need your help to find that missing story…

Once Upon a Time is a unique interactive performance. Children actively take part in the creation and telling of a new story under the guidance of The Guardians. One of The Guardians cannot speak. But he can draw. The story that the children create unfolds before their very eyes, drawn onto a large drawing board.
