Schools: Rumble with the Romans
From a smelly watering hole in the Serengeti to the ferocious Colosseum, join Julius Zebra and his motley menagerie of friends as they gear up to be gladiators in a madcap new book series. For 3rd & 4th Class.

In this fun-packed event, celebrated cartoonist Gary Northfield reads from the series, offers a sneak peak of the trailer, does some live drawing and reveals plenty of fun facts about Roman times.

Gary Northfield is most famous for ‘Derek the Sheep’ in The Beano and The Terrible Tales of the Teenytinysaurs, and he has created comics for National Geographic Kids magazine, The Phoenix, The Dandy, The DFC, Horrible Histories magazine and The Magical World of Roald Dahl.
