Schools: The Mouse Who Ate The Moon 18 May 2015

When Little Mouse wakes one morning, she finds her dream has come true. Outside her burrow, a piece of the moon has fallen from the sky and it smells delicious. Peep through the cut-out holes in this beautiful and heart-warming tale from the much-loved Petr Horácek. After the reading, children can make their own little books to take home.

Petr Horáček’s stories are told with an instinctive warmth and humour. He has won many awards for classics such as Suzy Goose and A New House for Mouse and was shortlisted for the prestigious Kate Greenaway Medal in 2012.
