In the last Seedlings workshops of the year, we get messy with the creative possibilities of slippery and slimy stuff!
As the world around us gets wet, squidgy and icy, we have a fun workshop for you to create and feel gorgeous goos, glorious gloops and squeezy sludges with slimes, jellies, seaweeds and mulch. Roll up your sleeves and get squelching!
Materials we will be using include: rainbow tapioca, paper pulp, baby lotion, flour, salt, powder paint, chia seeds, xanthum gum, corn flour, and GIANT ICE BALLOONS!
Dress for mess! (Aprons will be available for little people and their grown-ups).
Our Seedlings workshops offer opportunities to explore materials and the world around them through playful and engaging activities. Ideal for getting little ones (and their grown-up!) imagining and creating together.
Our Seedlings workshops are devised and presented by Lucy Hill. Lucy is the inaugural recipient of The Ark’s John Coolahan Early Years Artist Residency and will be devising and delivering an exciting workshop programme for children in the early years at The Ark from May 2018 until April 2019.
