Join musician Shane Mc Grath for a musical and magical workshop with some crafty sock puppetry, for 1st to 3rd class.
In this imaginative workshop, after visiting My Fathers Dragon exhibition. You will step into the magical world of two lonely odd socks who discover friendship and courage. Through interactive storytelling, you’ll follow the sock puppets' exciting journey.
Two lonely, odd-socks in the sock drawer find each other and become friends. They decide to go on a journey to the forbidden artists' workshop on the top floor of the Ark. They face their fears and find exactly what they need to transform themselves into brave dragons!
Go on this adventure through storytelling, songs, music and some crafty sock puppetry.

Curriculum Links...
This workshop will link in with the music curriculum. It will encourage children to listen and respond to music played a professional musician and storyteller. Children will also be encouraged to sing and dance throughout this workshop.
