Meet Tomm Moore, co-founder & Creative Director of Cartoon Saloon, to hear all about what drew him to animation and how he became a highly successful animator and an ACADEMY AWARD® Nominated Director.
Over Cartoon Saloon’s history, Tomm has worked as Director, Art Director, Storyboarder, Animator and Illustrator across a range of the studio's projects. Tomm has directed three films which were all nominated for Best Animated Feature at the ACADEMY AWARD® The Secret of Kells in 2010, Song of the Sea in 2015 and Wolfwalkers in 2020.
Until recently, Tomm was a member of our board of directors here at The Ark. He is currently working as a producer across several of Cartoon Saloon’s new films and series projects as well as refocusing on his personal art training.
