What’s the Score? (schools) 4 - 14 Jun 2013

Schools workshops with composer Brian Irvine. Part of LIGHTS, CAMERA, MUSIC!: a season of music-making inspired by film.

Dive into a thrilling world of music experimentation, exploration and creation with composer Brian Irvine, who has written lots of music for Film Four, Sesame Street, The Children's Television Workshop and RTÉ. Film will be used to inspire outrageous musical ideas from the children through improvisation, and by the end of the workshop your class will be able perform their own brand new film scores in time to the film. Any students who happen to play an instrument are invited to bring them along, though this is not a requirement.
