What’s Your Story: Making Friends for the Nest 21 May 2014
Part of Dublin Writers Festival 2014
Every year, the Dublin Story Bird awakes from a long slumber to discover she has forgotten all of the stories she learned the year before! Come and take part in a story aviary to help her nudge her memory. Chris Judge and his team will help you create new story ideas, and make your story eggs to add to Story Bird’s nest. Can you help create some friends for our extremely tall bird?
Chris Judge is an award-winning illustrator and children’s picture book-maker (The Lonely Beast). He has been specially commissioned by Dublin Writers Festival, as Artist in Residence, to co-curate a series of participative events under the theme of What’s your Story, in partnership with Children’s Book Ireland.
This workshop will take place on Meeting House Square (behind The Ark) or inside The Ark in the event of wet weather.
