What Did I Miss? - Live Stream FAQs
If you'd like to join us online for a live-streamed performance of What Did I Miss? by Shaun Dunne between 11-13 June 2021 but have questions about how booking or live streaming process will work, please take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions below.
Q. Can I share the link I receive in my booking confirmation email with friends and family?
A. We would kindly ask you not to share links. Your ticket allows you to watch the performance on one device so, if you share your link, you could be locked out of the performance. We recommend one link per household / viewing.
Q. When should I join the stream?
A. The live stream page will be accessible 40 minutes before the performance begins. We recommend loading the live stream page 30 minutes beforehand to ensure that you are ready to sit back and enjoy the performance.
Q. Should I use a particular browser to join the stream?
A. Google Chrome is the recommended browser to join the stream. If you do not already have it installed on your device, you can download it here.
Q. What if I arrive late?
A. You can still join the stream if you arrive late but please be aware that, as this is a live performance, it will not be possible to rewind the stream - just like at the theatre!
Q. What if I need to pause the stream during my watch?
A. Unfortunately, as this is a live stream, you will not be able to pause the performance.
