Join us for a delightful performance of magical chamber music for little ears performed by three exceptional musicians.

In April 2019, we will present Ireland’s first ever annual international music festival for young audiences. You can look forward to lots of amazing music performances and exciting installations for children aged 2 to 12.

We celebrate Marvellously Ordinary Stuff and how it continuously invites us to play, to think, to collect and to make in many unexpected ways.


Enjoy a creative and fun story-invention workshop with writer Kate Heffernan and illustrator Duffy Mooney-Sheppard inspired by the interesting things found in Irish bogs!

We welcome TYA Ireland who are hosting an IPAY (International Performing Arts for Youth) information session with Boomer Stacey.

Particularly aimed at artists, educators, children’s rights advocates, policy makers and arts organisations, The Ark and The Ark Children’s Council host a symposium to share the impact and benefit of our child participation model and reflect on what we have learned and how it has influenced the art we have created.
