The Ark Children’s Council

The Children’s Council work together over the course of the year, engaging with and responding to The Ark’s work.

Since Early 2016, our Children's Council have been mentored and guided by Shaun Dunne.

Now in its fifth year, The Ark Children’s Council 2021/22 is bigger than ever with 38 children from Dublin and the surrounding areas.

The Ark's fourth Children's Council stayed in place for an extra year as we navigated the challenges and unexpected opportunities of making art during COVID together.

Now in its third year, The Ark Children’s Council 2018/19 is bigger than ever with 35 from Dublin and the surrounding areas.

Now in its second year, The Ark Children’s Council 2017/18 are made up of young people from Dublin City.

The Ark Children’s Council 2016/17 are made up of young people from Dublin City. They have been together since February 2016 and will finish their time on the council in May 2017.
