Price: Free (limited capacity)

Guided by artist Gráinne O’Carroll, whose work spans visual art and physical theatre, this session offers a glimpse into her ongoing research into the physicality of early-years caregiving - a process that depends on community, shared experimentation and real bodies in the room.

Gráinne is exploring adaptable ways of moving that nurture both adult and child, and that honour the intuitive, playful and ever-shifting reality of this relationship.

She will be facilitating and participating with her own 8-month-old, using textile props, music and simple movement prompts to help tune into the body and experiment with new possibilities of moving with your baby.

You are welcome to arrive early and settle in from 11am, and to stay on after the session if you wish.
