Discover the Night Sky through Music & Art

Discover the magic of the night sky with these fun at-home activities blending visual art exercises from our Fly Me To The Moon programme with music by The Henry Girls from The Ark's Tracks in the Snow.

In part 1, children can discover the Aurora through simple visual art and musical activities, accompanied and inspired by The Henry Girls' song Wonderful, Magical Sky/Aurora, taken from The Ark's Tracks in the Snow.

In part 2, children will listen to and learn The Henry Girls' song Don't Reach for the Stars while creating their own twinkling art depicting the night sky, before finally composing a starry song of their own!
