This early years music workshop is inspired by the very distinctive voice of a bird called a Bittern who lives in the reed beds, next to the water.

The Paper Playground. Let’s leave the toys aside awhile to play with the packaging! In the second of our monthly early years programme Seedlings for ages 2-4, we explore the creative potential of paper!

Perfect for school tours, take a trip around the globe through rhythm! Your class will learn all about drumming and rhythmic music styles from around the world as well as take part in a dynamic hands-on percussion workshop where they will experience how to play a group rhythm piece together as a band.

Step into a world of fairy-tales as you’ve never seen them before in this creative workshop with Bethan Woollvin. Presented by the International Literature Festival Dublin.

Picture books are brought alive on the big screen by Sarah Bowie, Bethan Woollvin, John Kane & Peter Donnelly, as we welcome International Literature Festival Dublin back to The Ark.
